Maxine was in a lot of pain due to advanced gum disease. She had already lost a few of her back teeth which had impacted her ability to eat and was now on the verge of losing more.
Comprehensive assessment and 3D imaging determined two potential treatment options for Maxine. She could either have some teeth removed and replaced with individual dental implants and extensive bone grafting or get a full set of fixed teeth in a matter of days with All-on-4. Maxine chose the latter.
During her first visit, Maxine had her remaining teeth removed and four implants placed in her upper jaw while under twilight sedation.
